About Dr. Azim Parekh

Dr. Parekh graduated with a Bachelor of Science and majored in Mathematics and Physical Chemistry with a minor in Astronomy from the University of Toronto. He later Graduated with Honors from the University of Western Faculty of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Parekh lives by the business philosophy of dentistry prevention. He is renowned for his exceptional chair side manner and loves to impart his wisdom in educating his patients on the best oral care for them. Even children love coming to see him! He is an expert in many dentistry fields, has extensive training and continues to educate himself in all the new technologies and dental advancements. Dr. Parekh not only wants to see you have a great smile but also wants to make a difference in the lives of every patient he sees.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located close to the intersection of Keele and Finch.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is multiple availability for parking on site at our office.

DO YOU TAKE DIRECT PAYMENTS FROM INSURANCE?

We do accept direct payments from insurance companies if your plan allows for it. We collect the difference of what your insurance coverage offers at the time of your appointment.

WHAT TYPES OF DENTISTRY DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide services in all facets of dentistry including cosmetic, surgical, root canals, children’s dentistry, implants, orthodontics including Invisalign, sedation dentistry and botox therapy.

IS THE OFFICE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. We have an accessible ramp which can be used for Wheelchair Accessibility.

AT WHAT AGE SHOULD I BRING MY CHILD IN FOR THEIR FIRST VISIT?

We typically suggest the first visit to be around 2 years of age. The first visit would consist of a ride in the dental chair and a quick look in the mouth. If there is nothing to be concerned about, we would suggest coming back in 6 months or so for the first visit with the hygienist for a quick polish to slowly introduce the child to dental care.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR FEES?

Every year, the Ontario Dental Association sends out a suggested fee guideline to all it’s members. We base our fees on this guide and never charge above it.
